If you think you know somewhere that would benefit from hearing a Batyr talk please get in touch with us and we'll send you an intro pack!
If you're a student and you think your classmates would benefit from a talk send us an email and well contact the school for you - we don't even have to use your name :) you can even suggest the topics and we'll discuss it with your school.

Tell your Story
If you:
- have a story that you feel comfortable in sharing,
- are young (let's say under 30... for clarity reasons)
- believe in the vision, direction and cause of Batyr and the need to educate other young people
Then volunteer and be a speaker and share your story to help empower other young people! The more speakers, the more stories and the more people realise how important and powerful these issues are - your story could help another person find their feet in a difficult situation or even more it could save their life.
Email us at volunteer@batyr.com.au with a some info about you, why you are interested and contact details and well get in touch with you about the next speaker training session. The personal talks are for about 5-10 minutes and you'll be assisted by a Batyr faciliator so you won't be alone!
Oh... and don't worry - we won't put you in front of students until you (and Batyr) feel that you are comfortable in doing so. We'll help you along the way and give you some easy practice opportunities beforehand as well as some tips and guidelines to help you tell your story that will best benefit the students.
If you're not quite there yet but think down the track you might be or are just interested in finding out a bit more about what is involved send us an email and well happy talk you through it.
Give a voice to the elephant in the room
Start a tough conversation and be a part of the much needed change in culture.
Advocate and promote Batyr!!
If you support Batyr's cause and the need for increased preventative education on these issues then lend us a hand and help ... Get the word out there and promote Batyr and help change a culture.
